Need Help!
Setting up new computer for the wife, transferred all files and settings from old computer to new with no problems. Then new computer needed windows update (service pack for windows 7) it downloaded ok and then rebooted but hung on the screen which says "Stage 1 of 3 preparing to configure windows" was hung all night. I restarted in safe mode this morning but it rebooted itself and reverted to the Stage 1 of 3 screen and is still there. Any way to get back to windows before service pack download? Do not have boot disk unfortunately. Thanks for any help you can give.
