I'll let them know audio is still a problem. Can you let me know which ad so I can pass it on? Thanks!

no disrepect but we shouldn't have to work around these issues by adding more software to run in the background.
here is an idea, shut it down across the entire site until you can figure out how to block it off the premium site. the skeptic in me says that the solution would be found much quicker that way

I'm seeing it as well with every page. And it's bypassing Google Chrome with Adblock Plus as well. It's not blocking it.

Download the flash block add on. That blocks it.
That's what I did.

Today, I'm getting a Kohl's ad in the right column. I read mainly on my iPad and this Ad soaks up 1/4 of the width making it really hard to read the forums.
Why don't you just move the Ad inline and above or below the forums. Obviously, there are a lot of subscribers who don't like this, so where's the loyalty to your subscribers?
Move it, please!

That's what we want to do and I'm waiting to hear back from a tech who can help us with this but he's been out of the loop so I may have to find someone else.
Can you use our app in the meantime? It's what I use on my iPad.

Solari...yes, I can use the App, but it is honestly lacking a lot the website offers.
Can you not take the code for the Ad, slap it in a DIV TAG and position it with a Z-INDEX?
Thanks for all the hard work that everyone at GC.com does!

iPad temp. solution
Just a side note to iPad users, as I am one, you can stretch the screen and gain the size back. I know it's not as good but it does gain the font size back and gets rid of the Ad.
It also has to be redone every time you refresh the page or change pages, but it is a temporary solution until the GC guys get 'er done.

Video Ads?
Is there any way to get rid of the video ads that pop up on the right every time I click a new link on the site?

Ad Block Plus will get rid of it. It's REALLY irritating.

Agree, it's unacceptable. And I mean that literally.
The one that's getting me is the Bose bluetooth ad, it keeps popping up, like every two minutes. If it didn't have audio, it'd be okay, but the audio keeps playing.

I was about to start a thread asking the same thing. I would hope the powers that be here on GC would be proactive and pull the ad from their site. I do not want to even click on any threads.

Please, make it STOP!
Every time I switch forums...or even threads it starts all over again and there is no way to shut it off.
It is so bad...it is even more irritating than 615.
