Default Forza Motorsport 4(Xbox 360)

Been playing this the past few days, they've improved upon Forza 3 in that the AI difficulty is much tougher this time around.

First off, the AI now has fully upgraded cars and they keep up with you and pass you even on the lowest difficulty. In Forza 3, if you played on Easy you would blow the competition away.

One trend that i and everybody else have noticed, in order to beat the AI or at least pass them, you have to beat them around the corners on turns. The AI tends to brake a little early around corners, and that is the time when you have to pass them.

If the AI gets ahead of you, they pull away quickly so you really need to stay as close as you can, drive aggressive and even knock some cars out of your way.

I play on easy and even with fully upgraded cars, i'm lucky to have a lead on the A.I. by 1.5 seconds.

The change the lay out of this game to, In Forza 3, the season play would drag on forever, usually consisting of multiple championship races and in between a bunch of smaller races.

In Forza 4, each season/year consists of a select amount of races and the # increases every year.

I.e.

Year 1 - 4 Races
Year 2- 6 Races
Year 3 - 10 Races
Year 4 - 14 Races

or something amongst those lines and at each track you can select a different car class(i.e. R1-R2-R3-S-A-B-C-D-E-F). Each class has a "bonus" you get for winning like extra driver experience points(usually a percentage or a set amount). There are also credit bonuses(money) and driver affinity bonuses(what you got in Forza 3 that led to discounts on parts).

In Forza 4, you only have to get a car companies affinity level to level 4 and after that all part upgrades are free.

They've added some new cars and brought in i believe most of the cars from Forza 3 including the DLC ones. There's over 500 cars in this game and DLC will have a lot more.

Another new feature they added was Jeremy Clarkson and Top Gear, when you go into Autovista and look at cars, Jeremy Clarkson does a narration and gives a historical background on the car. They've also added the Top Gear test track at the airport and that is featured in bowling pin race(knock down bowling pins to reach a certain score).

Overall i would say this game is better than Forza 3, it is at least just as good. They added a new club feature where you and the people who join your club can upload their cars and you can use them in races. I'm not sure if its only online races or if they count towards event list races but i haven't been able to use them in World Tour yet.

There's a lot of good games coming out so i know this isn't a high demand game for most people, but when you have the chance rent it and give it a shot.

I suck at racing games, played Forza 3 on easy and blew people away, i play this on Easy and i barely beat the AI if i don't make mistakes.
