The game tomorrow might turn into a pretty good one. I believe LSU should give the Tide a good run for their money.

I have no idea how anyone can say Bama's D is better than ours. They controlled Arky better than we did, but they also made UK's offense look decent. Without UT's dream team of coaches not figuring out how to block Cody, Bama loses to UT at home, while they never really threatened us.
Again, I get it that it's trendy to try to revive Bama from mediocrity like they tried to do last year as well, but we are the better team once again, and it won't take beating them in Atlanta again to prove it. UF hasn't been quite as dominant as we'd all hoped, but nobody has been able to knock the Gators off their perch yet, and I don't really see anybody in front of us doing it either.
I have no idea how good we'll be next year, but at least we should be able to go through a season without the talking heads putting us down, because the top dog going down makes good copy.

May has never been held accountable for his opinion before, why should he now?

The week he was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame he admitted in a newspaper interview that his opinions on ESPN were juiced up to make the show more entertaining. I will link to the article if I can find it.

Don't see how shutting them out/not shutting them out proves anything. Arkansas scored more on us than them, so did Tennessee. We held Kentucky to less than what Bama did. Clearly tomorrow's game has no bearing on the SEC title game, which I believe we still win, though I also believe that Bama's defense is slightly better than ours.

I'll be shocked if LSU even scores. Saban has had another week to tweak his already stout defense and he's going to throw things at the LSU QB that he didn't expect or see on film. This will still be a close game however because the Bama QB isn't that great at throwing the ball and the LSU defense will stack the box to shut down Ingram.

Final 9-0 Bama.
