Did anyone watch the UT assistant coach about to run out with the team grab a sign from a Gator fan and tear it up? It wasn't like the sign was blocking his entrance. This incident was played back on our local tv sports with Dan Hicken. What a low rent scumbag of a coach to even attempt something like that. I cannot believe he was not disciplined and got away with it.

The UT coach literally jumped up and took it away from our own fan. It had something written about Kiffin like most all the other signs had. A trooper saw it and did absolutely nothing to the coach. Why is it allowed for a coach to snatch something out of a fan's hands but the fan is not allowed to run up to him and and grab something he is holding? Had the Gator fan taken away something that belongs to the UT coach like perhaps notes he is holding or his hat, they would have arrested the fan. Right? Help me understand the law.

Well in the internet age there is only one thing to do...find The vid...youtube it and post it on every board in the country...it will get attention that way.

HEY, they showed Briezy's sign! Cool.

IMO, no big deal, but I would have loved to see some big-ass Florida State Trooper chop block that little punk, taking out both knees....then grabbing the sign and giving it back to the fan.

Can anyone tell who that coach is? I think charges should be filed, just to irritate them if nothing else.

As far as the sign getting torn up goes, the LEO's are there to intimidate the fans. They leave policing the coaches and players up to the refs, so if it happened at the tunnel, it was in no man's land.

Class all the way, never have so many fans shot the bird at my brother and I and for what??? Just because we told them we were very glad they had Kitten and Crompton!!!

Classless move, but I don't think it was a coach. They were all wearing white shirts yesterday. But of the coaches it looks most like Reeves.

....my guess is Lil' Davey will be right where his father is after a couple more seasons as a HORRIBLE QB coach.

...and judging by UT's QB play, David needs to stick to sign patrol. It's his calling.

Can anyone tell me what exactly the sign said? I didn't see it on the video before the coach took it and you couldn't read it afterward. What it said would affect my opinion of the action.
