My first reaction I'll be it was wrong because for some reason I was thinking in DC and rushed to judgment on it just to make an ass of myself. When I conducted my training for concealed weapons I have always been told that carrying a firearm on government property was an instant felony. Why legislators are allowed to carry on floor of the state House of Delegates is beyond me. I believe this is a typical attitude of do what I say not as I do. Law makers write the laws md and in my research I found that they actually changed this in 2004 to allow carry into that building.

Felony stupid to put your finger in the trigger guard during a "demonstration".

Maybe I am just not too ignorant on guns (I have certainly been accused of it here), but what happens if you pull the trigger of an unloaded gun? Pretty sure nobody gets shot. He told everybody the gun wasn't loaded.

Firearms safety rule #1...treat every gun as if it is loaded. Never just take someone's word for it.

There has never been an unloaded gun, in my life at least.

I didn't know it was loaded, are the dumbest words on record. If you didn't know, why did you pull the damn trigger. Look and find out first you fool.

Then when you know, treat it like its' still loaded and everyone will be fine.
