Down Goes KU
KU just lost at TCU 10-12, 1-8 in the Big 12. And yes the one is this win over KU.

I wonder what the reaction here would have been if Arky had lost 8 in a row before last night?

Exactly. I do not think the reaction was too bad around here, but ...

The composure exhibited here last night was pretty impressive, all things considered. I think the reaction to the Kansas State loss was worse.
We still have some fans who treat hoops like football, where each loss is devastating to a season, but it seems like many of them are starting to get it.

In other good news tonight:
1. Marquette won again.
2. UGa who UF plays twice beat UTn. UGa is now 5-4 in the SEC.
On the other hand:
3. Air Force lost on the road but they are still 5-3 in the MWC.
4. MSU who UF plays twice lost on the road at UMs.

I agree with what you said about last night. I can recall times where it was like a total meltdown but last night our members were disappointed but overall fairly calm, and objective, after a loss.

Well looking around the web tonight, it seems the UF loss is a distant memory after KU's game tonight. I was the biggest upset in terms of RPI in 20 years according to one commentator.

I loved watching this game last night. Wasn't sure they were going to hold on with their F.T. shooting (#342 in Pomeroy), just behind Vanderbilt at #338. They made Patric look like Rick Barry at the line.
