Gators are notorius for playing down to the competition. That and any game at noon or before, we come out flat.
Coaches have changed, it happens to all.

This bothers me as well. It was the only game on National TV and I am concerned about the perception of the program by the casual fan more than the actual outcome of the game. Terms that I have heard about our team from some friends were "thugs", "undisciplined" and "da U like". This bothers me. If I was an observer, with no rooting interest of either team, I would not have been rooting for the Gators and very happy that they got their azz whipped. This needs to change.

Thankfully, I haven't heard any of those comments. Maybe you need new friends.
Comments I've heard were" how did you guys lose", "that Bridgewater kid is a lot better than I knew, "wouldn't mind having Strong as a coach "and you guys need a qb. "

We were ALL "too good" to be playing lowly 2-loss, big least champ Louisville....NOBODY,--fans, coaches, players-took the game seriously. We were the mighty Gators, #3 nationally and should be playing OKLAHOMA! Our coaches were recruiting, etc.
Strong & Bedford were licking their chops.
Muschamp still learning da bidness.

Who said anything about a mass exodus? You trying to create stories from nothing? The fact that you keep day meaningless bowl game says everything about you!

Yeah ... it's says I'm not a drama queen that acts like my world is falling apart every time the Gators lose, and prattle on about it for a week? Nothing was on the line when we played Louisville. No one decommitted, as far as I know. In fact, I just read a recruit was considering flipping to the Gators. How does that fit into the overly emotional line of thought? There is no such thing as "momentum" going into an 8 month lay-off. In other words ... get over it already. It was a bad game to cap a great season, after the let down of finishing 3rd in the BCS standing, and nothing more.

It's the magnitude of the loss, and the way we lost, in a game where we were favored by two scores.
BCS bowls are not meaningless. And losing them as a heavy favorite is very meaningful.
