I was looking over this year's softball roster and was startled by her ommission. Can anyone add any information?

did she drop out of school, if not, can she regain her eligabillity if she wants to?cannot see any ncaa problems, she inot getting paid to play, just coach.

Under the softball forums about 40 threads down is a thread titled Brittany Schutte, which gives much information. Don't know how reliable the info is but there are posts from people obviously close to the program.

My daughter will be facing off against her Eagles this year. Looking forward to it. Shutte is coaching at Oak Hall, along with a couple ex gator softball players. I believe one of them is sisco? Shutties going to have a tough first year. Their starting pitcher is their ONLY pitcher. And their catcher has trouble getting it to second in time to pick girls off. (From what I was told a couple of weeks ago) Their former coach resigned because the AD wouldn't support her team as much as she wanted. For example: they don't have lights, so all games have to be played at 4:15.

Completely irrelevant but Eastside pounded Newberry tonight. They haven't won a game in three years. Seriously. 1-1... Interlachen tomorrow night. What a feel good story. Hope it keeps up. Love softball!
