Fox Extremists hire Dennis Kucinich ... yes that DK
This is why people watch Fox if they don't just want a laugh. Not holding my breath for NPR to do the same.
From the link:
Fox News announced today that it has hired former Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, once considered the most liberal member of Congress, to be the network’s newest paid contributor. Kucinich will make his debut on Thursday night’s episode of The O’Reilly Factor.
Fox CEO Roger Ailes praised Kucinich in a statement, saying “I’ve always been impressed with Rep. Kucinich’s fearlessness and thoughtfulness about important issues. His willingness to take a stand from his point of view makes him a valuable voice in our country’s debate.”
For his part, Kucinich said in a statement of his own, “Through 16 years in Congress and two presidential campaigns, Fox News has always provided me with an opportunity to share my perspective with its enormous viewership. I look forward to a continuation of our relationship this time as a Fox News contributor.”

They also hired Juan Williams from NPR. Fox at least makes an attempt to be balanced in their approach to editorial programming; something which is rare on the liberal networks. This is why Fox has consistently won the ratings wars hands down. The large majority of viewers watch Fox because they know they are only going to get the liberal talking points on the other channels.

Oy vey.
Please show me the Fox equivalent to Morning Joe hosted by a lib. Fox pays Libs to sit there and be shouted at by Hannity. Their ratings are good because their audience is too old for a computer.
Talking points? Where are Rove and Morris with their Romney landslide stuff? Hidden away from embarrassment.
Fox is a 24/7 Obama slander machine.

Kucinich was the Dem's best answer to Ron Paul, IMO. Plus he has a hot wife.
Kucinich and Paul were both unelectable because they were principled. Frankly, I found them to be more alike than different in a lot of ways.

The only network with "NBC" in it that has any journalistic credibility anymore, that doesn't deserve any unapologetic comparison to state media from totalitarian regimes, is the one that starts with "C". Any appeal to be more like MSNBC that may not relate to them maybe having better vending machines or prettier PAs, is a joke.
Now, as for Fox hiring him... it makes me wonder, how are strong, doctrinaire leftists that are on Fox thought of by their own, are they pariahs or something? Does someone really think Colmes or Tamara Holder or Marc Lamont Hill or Kirsten Powers aren't (pace "O Brother") bona fide? I am kinda quietly horrified at the idea that a significant margin on the left doesn't think they are liberal enough.

He's perfect for Fox because he:
a) routinely disagrees with mainstream Democrats
b) has some overlap with libertarians on a few issues
c) claims to have seen a UFO
d) has a pretty hot wife

Anyone that supports a network, MSNBC, that airs a program hosted by Sharpton, can't be taken seriously.
Matthews, Basir, Sharpton. Maddow. And Mr. ED of course are all conservatives. Huh?
Scarborough is surrounded by a panel of liberals and he is more liberal than conservative and yet the high and mighty libs constantly bash Fox fo being biased. What a joke.
Fox news casts are more fair in reporting by far than any newscast by the other news networks. The liberal newscasters are actually dishonest.

The fact that you think Joe Scarborough is conservative just shows how far left you really are. And you managed to work in a slap at older folks. How liberal of you.

The fact that you don't shows how off the rails to the right you are. But so is the whole current day GOP.

I love it when the left blasts the one group of people they actually want to become- Old folk.
But what can you expect from them? they don't think past their last emotion.
