LOL. Kentucky has to travel to Robert Morris to play in a high-school sized gym.

I bet Kentucky fans try to buy up as many tickets as they can for the Louisville game just to root against them.

I think it's cool that UK has to play on the road in a 3,000 seat gym. Good for Robert Morris as well. UK played in Louisville last year so it's only fair. It will be fun Tuesday win or lose. You have to make the best of it and have fun!!

Yeah, evidently because of the games going on at Rupp, UK didn't have enough staff to put in a bid to host the first round game at The Colusium.

UK can't win at football - can't win at basketball (this year) ohhh I'd bet the UK faithful are livid.
I love it. Maybe they try out water polo

What a great recruiting tool for UK. "Listen, Mr. Wiggins, come to UK and you can experience college basketball like it was in 1948. High-school gyms, travel by bus, and the NIT was THE tournament."

Interesting that neither LSU nor Arkansas were selected by the NIT. On their websites, their fan bases were very surprised. Eight of the SEC's 14 teams failed to make it to any post-season tournament.
