Agreed, go UCLA! One thing Minnesota doesn't have is a really good scorer They might slow us down but they've got to score to beat us they remind me of Alabama without Reliford or Lacey

Yep. And even though everyone is high on Minnesota, I like our chances against them too. I wanted to avoid Louisville and Indiana, and we are going to do that. As much as I would have loved Gonzaga, Kansas is liable to be beat before the Elite 8 anyway.

If you are looking for a good potential high seed differential upset, I would look at Marquette vs. Davidson. I watched Davidson play New Mexico in The Pit at like 2AM, on the day early in the year when ESPN plays 24 hours of college basketball. They played that New Mexico team to a 5 point game. They play in a garbage conference (although College of Charleston is often decent), but they haven't lost in 2 months.
Of their 7 losses, 3 were terrible (a loss to Georgia State- whom they have since beaten twice by a combined 62 points, Drexel, and Milwaukee). However, those were all fairly early in the season and on the road. They lost neutral site games to Duke and Gonzaga. They lost to New Mexico in The Pit and a reasonable Charlotte team.
However, they have beaten Vandy, West Virginia, and Richmond, all at neutral sites, along with a 17-1 conference record.
Solid team with good size and some reasonable shooters. Marquette should be looking out for them.

Yah everybody seems to be saying we can't handle athletes. We beat Marquette pretty easily and they are loaded with athletes. I think we have bigger problems against teams that can stretch our help defense with red hot outside shooters. I am not sure that Minnesota is that type of team.

I picked Ohio St as a #1 due to the fact they went 9-1 the last 10 games including beating 4 ranked teams including clobbering Indiana in Indiana. Ohio St is a very, very, very underrated team. They might be my sleeper pick to win it all.

So Dick Vitale had an elite 8 matchup of 1-seeded Kansas versus 4-seeded Michigan in our regional. I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't listen to him.
