Not a lot to complain about, but the ghost fouls on Wilbiken and Young (should have been a charge on the lsu guy) and the non fouls on Boynton's layup and another that currently escapes me.

It was a pretty well-called game, but that "foul" on Wilbekin had me scratching my head. Looked like he didn't come within 3 feet of the guy.

Looked like way too many phantom fouls called on us today; seems like there were 5 or 6 that had me scratching my head. Generally, a missed foul (not called) is not near as damaging as phantom calls which can get players in foul trouble and/or cause defensive intensity to decrease.

Despite the easy win, the game was a chilling reminder of how much power the refs have in basketball.

It was also somewhat of a shock after watching some other tournaments the last couple of days and being shocked at how much contact the refs were letting go in a lot of those games

On one sequence, Young nearly got mugged with no call, which started a fast break ending in a phantom call on Wilbekin. I hate phantom calls. They are often more confusing than irritating, because nobody has a clue what they are calling. Three phantom off-the-ball calls against the Gators during a four minute stretch of the second half was the catalyst for Butler's Elite 8 comeback win over UF two years ago.
