I taught at 3.
I got to the class room at 2:45 and projected ESPN3 for the students. I told them I was going to do that on Wednesday.

Good win for the Gators today.
Too bad I had to work and miss the game.

Wait till we play someone like UK or 'Ole Miss or Arky.
I have come to the conclusion that the "SEC Good 'Ole Boy Officiating Network" will never give us a break in pretty much any sport.

Next year's team, especially if Pat comes back, will be the most athletic team Billy has ever had. Bold statement, I know, but I think it's true. Now do they all have the skills to match? We shall see.

As a freshman and soph, he always launched his shot on the way down. And it never went in. He then worked on that and got out of that habit as a junior. And the shots went in. This year, he's shooting on the way down again...and it's getting more pronounced as the season progresses. It was awful form today.

Pretty impressive showing from us today...Murphy took the game over and when he's on fire like that, Florida is a hard team to beat.
Not only that, but everyone seemed to be pitching in with some solid displays on both ends of the court.
AND...for as often as I criticize Donovan for both squad rotation and end of the game scenarios---he executed both very well today. The end of the half shot by Frazier was drawn up and executed well--and I suspect to see how he'll do in such situations. For darn sure I don't think anyone wants Boynton taking that shot at the end of the game anymore and glad we have another option that most here were clamoring to see.
And rotating in Braxton and Walker and Graham starting at the 5 minute mark and slowly putting in more guys? LOVED to see it. We were up by 30+ points and even though LSU went on a mini-run with a few 3s, it rested our starters (which will be crucial in the coming weeks), and gave the freshman a crash course in responding to such situations. I'll continue to say it: Kurtz impresses me with his effort and his hustle on both ends of the court. Always seems to find a way to get on the scoresheet off the bench (his basket tonight was pure effort--and you could tell everyone was cheering him on to get it). Much more comfortable playing him than Walker at this point simply because Kurtz is playing more experienced right now. Once Graham finds his shot, he'll be a valuable player for us. Usually gets good looks, drives/penetrates well (though can never finish), and is a superb passer (sprung us out of the press a few times).
