I'm putting this on Tebow, actually. Meyer is an employee of another university in direct competition with UF for certain recruits. So I understand why he would do this. But Tebow ought to know better. It's naive to assume that this sort of thing is innocent and will have zero impact on our recruiting.

I agree. Tim is a highly valuable asset to our great University. I don't want to see Spurrier getting loved up at SC and then Tim being wooed by Ohio State...

i don't think tebow is being naive. i think it's safe to say he is loyal to meyer and wants to help him succeed wherever he is. that's not to say that he isn't also loyal to UF. competing interests for sure, but tebow seems perfectly willing to walk that line.

This honestly it's not a shock no one Tim worked with is at UF, whereas the man he considers a mentor is at OSU why wouldn't he do a favor for Urb?
