Kyle Larson nearly passed Kyle Busch for the win in Nationwide at Bristol last week.
This week he is in Calif. and in his spare time won a World of Outlaws race in Stockton last night.
He starts 9th in the Nationwide race at 5pm today.

Martinsville has Trucks, and kids are racing them.
Chase Elliott, who is 17 and the son of 1988 Cup Series champion Bill Elliott, will pilot the No. 94 Aaron's/Hendrickcars.com Chevrolet as he attempts to qualify for his first of nine scheduled races this season, Saturday's Kroger 250.
Erik Jones, 16, will drive the No. No. 51 Toyota for owner Kyle Busch, the driver he defeated in this year's Snowball Derby. The truck Jones will drive has already seen Victory Lane at Martinsville. Denny Hamlin drove chassis No. 134 to the win last October.
Other young drivers scheduled to make their first start this weekend are Devin Jones, 16, and Grant Galloway, 18.

That's unreal! Such young guys, actually teenagers, in these races! Most states you have to be even 16 to drive. And amazing that corporate sponsors and race teams invest big money and time with them.

Johnny Sauter won the truck race, Ward's 20 yr old son Jeb Burton had won the pole and finished 3rd, Chase Elliott was 6th, Erik Jones 9th.
Tony Stewart went to Selinsgrove, Pa. last night and won the 360 sprint car race after setting a new track record of 17.168
Ryan Villipoto left them eating dust in Houston last night winning his 6th Supercross in the last 7 races. The other was a 2nd place.
Jordan Taylor and Max Angelelli won the Grand-Am race at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama yesterday
the #57 Stephenson Camaro of Robin Liddell and John Edwards won GT class.
Nick Longhi and Matt Plumb won the CTSCC race at Barber in the #13 Rum Bum Porsche
Indycars race at Barber today on NBCSN, Nascar at Martinsville on Fox
