We beat UK like 1999 where Teddy Dupay jumped on the scorers table and 3 students rushed on the court but they were promptly slammed face down and arrested. No other students had the nerve to try after that.
1984 we beat UGA in football and rushed the field and tore down the goals. Last time I can remember where we didn't have rules against it. I think Foley was the one that pushed for the SEC rule not long after in what seemed to be a bunch of court stormings all against our football and basketball teams. Once the rule was in place Foley was like the Gestapo in enforcing it. Police lined up on horses around Florida field daring anyone to come on the field. Every year you would find 2 or 3 dummies attempt to rush the field/court and they would end up being hog tied like a mutton.
Kansas rushed the court in an invitational against us, FSU also did when they beat our 2006 team. I think MSU kids did too when they beat us in the title game.
We don't rush the court because we all feel like we've been there. I think most of us know that if you step on the court, you're going to jail. We've been conditioned by fear/punishment to be honest.
Rushing the court is very dangerous. I saw a special where 1 student got killed, another paralyzed and even a player paralyzed from court storming. It makes not sense and should be outlawed. Players should celebrate in the stands with the fans if they want or do it after everyone clears the court. Anything else is uncivilized.

I can't remember any... I saw the end of the Sloan Era, DeVoe debacle and (short but sweet) Kruger tenure...
I remember Vandy trying to cheat the rush-ban with tennis balls... (I still laugh at that one... Cost them the game.)
