As for asking the question about being gay, in the context of the Combine I think it depends on State law and how strict a given State's employment/discrimination laws are. I read somewhere that 17 States have laws stringent enough to prevent this question from being asked and that it would be o.k. in the others.

I'm not an employment/labor lawyer so I don't know any more about the second paragraph of this message than anyone else. If I'm wrong feel free to correct me, my feelings won't be hurt.

Don't worry---there are still others you can go by. Honestly, two of the best measures I have honestly seen in the real world that are almost 100% is in grooming and piercings.
For some reason that I don't understand, nipple piercing ( and having another very sensitive part pierced also) is very common with gay men and so is body shaving and grooming of the body hair (known as manscaping). So if any of that is present, then you pretty much have your answer. But if you are having to google the answer for the test questions, you are straight for sure!

Sure they can ask him. There is no law against it. Gays are not a protected class under any law that would stop an employer from asking him that. Now if they asked him if he was pregnant they would have a lawsuit on their hands. But if he actually were carrying Tuaissosoaoipoi's baby that would certainly explain his 40 time.
