But . . . but . . . see, they are really nice illegal aliens. Not the bad illegal aliens.

Lets just think of the concept of illegal aliens in our jails who did more than cross the boarder to get put there such as MS-13 members and the like. Now releasing them to commit more crimes on the citizens of this country. This is not deeply hard to understand that it's wrong.

Well I don't believed anyone is getting released and this is strictly manipulation. What I'm saying is releasing illegal aliens from jail to put back on the streets of America is a problem.

IRS Gives Billions in Tax Refunds to Illegals
WTHR, the NBC affiliate in Indianapolis, recently reported about how millions of illegal aliens are getting billions of dollars in U.S. tax refunds without having paid a dime in income taxes. The story instantly went viral because it's true. You won't believe what illegals are getting away with, and our government is enabling them.
Here's how it works.
Illegal immigrants cannot qualify for legitimate Social Security numbers, which would entitle them to work legally in the U.S. and file income tax returns, but the Internal Revenue Service allows them to apply for nine-digit individual taxpayer identification numbers, or ITINs, which also are used to file federal income tax returns."

The child care credit loophole needs to be closed. No argument there. But you know, income tax isn't the only tax a person pays. And while if we instituted a guest worker visa law there would be those that ignore it, and those that abuse it, most will gladly pay it to stay in this country legally.

if we refuse to tax them now because their income is too low, what makes you think we will charge them a tax to be here when their income will still be just as low?
enact and enfore e-verify. simple fix. it exists, it works. no more 26 year old hispanic male in arizona using the ss# of some 60 year old white female in Boston. cap lifetime social asistance to able bodied individuals. work or starve. hunger is a powerful motivator that will get some lazy arxe americans off the couch and behind the lawnmower or bussing the tables or on the roof......cut off the jobs and the illegals will self deport.

e-verify is expensive to implement. And we, as a society, have decided not to let people starve. Right or wrong, your answers are too overly-simplistic to fix all the problems.
And we do tax immigrants now. They pay sales tax, gas tax, and other taxes. They also send billions of dollars back to their home countries (mostly Mexico). In record numbers, no less. So, close the child loop-hole, then siphon off money being sent out of the country in the form of guest worker Visa. To me, that's a better solution than say work or starve, which, pardon the pun, too many Americans aren't going to be able to swallow.

I remember back in the day watching immigration pull up and watching all the drywall and landscapers run for their lives. Nothing like finding human feces in the attic of your new home because a Mexican was hiding (true story). Now they can work in peace. If I were one, I would ask for a raise now that they have been freed to work?

These people will pay little or no taxes yet the burden they will put on our over populated schools, use our roads doctors hospitals and who will pay the bill for this? I know the 50% who pay all the taxes can always stand a little more

E-verify is free to use and is fully operational. We use it for every applicant. Not sure what you are talking about. If the illegals could not afford to send money home I doubt they would be willing to pay a tax. Yes we have become too soft and created generational welfare families. Pathetic that we continue to enable them and make them a slave to the system. Time to teach them to fish instead of just taking from producers to feed their addiction. Dem party is like a pimp giving their addicts enough of a fix to keep em showing up at the polls and the demographic trends will bankrupt this country if we don't change the trend lines
