Billy's actual quote was that there's an "outside shot" of this.

This would be HUGE. I say ease him back though (to state the obvious). Him being safely back in late March is all that matters. The tweet also suggested that Yeguete is jogging ahead of schedule.

As long as he gets enough minutes to be ready for the NCAAT and we are at least a 3 seed in the NCAAT, I'm fine! Great news though!

I agree with that completely and with REM's comment that we don't want to hurry him back if it increases the chance for any kind of rehab setback.

Yuguete could've really helped against Mizzou . Florida missed his energy, his defense and his rebounding. Without Yuguete, Florida's frontcourt did not play well and got badly out rebounded. Bower's smooth offensive game was a big factor for Missouri.

Florida actually played very small for a few minutes with only Prather on the court and other times with only Young or Murphy on the court. Young picked up 2 first half fouls and Murphy got roughed up pretty good late in the first half. Undermanned, Florida was uncharacteristically forced to go to a zone defense during the stretch run. A couple of more stops during the final 7 minutes could have made the difference.

Two bigs isn't enough against good teams and it showed Wednesday night.

I was worried for Murphy watching that replay. Can't say the Mizzou player was doing it consciously (maybe he was trying to prevent Murphy's head from hitting his knee Tebow style), but he certainly wasn't helping IMO.

Unbelievable news, but I agree that we should ease him back. Having him back for the last reg season game and SEC tourney should be enough time to get him back up to speed.

Great that Yeguete is healing up nicely.

As far Murphy goes, I think the UMo guy kept him from hitting his head hard on the floor or his knee and maybe missing some later games.
