When we were up by 12 and they made their run on us. I had that "Arizona" feeling all over again. Finish strong fellas.

Yes you did stop our offense very well while there but yes I was holding a grudge. From the day you got here and every time I hear you speak and your excitement about coaching our Gators, working your tale off and being a straight shooter, you are now one of my all time favorite coaches. Thanks coach.

I have been watching and no it isnt. KB had the option to rotate and it get it back if murphy wasnt open. It just looks like it because of Erv and KB making us results oriented about it.
KB was the main option because Pressey was on Wilb and Billy trusts him but KB panicked. He had an option to drive and pass to murph or rosario.

I had a feeling we'd lose this game tonight, mainly because teams who have such a domnating home winning percentage are usually the beneficiaries of home town cookin', which Mizzous got a BOATLOAD of tonight in the second half.
When it came to fouls, charges were blocks and blocks were charges in Mizzou's favor tonight. I was about to hurl watching the no-calls on the hackn reach-ins, and chops Mizzous was alloed to get away wioth tonight, and out guys got called for if they even thought about it.
It's like CFB refs who refuse to call a team who's OL holds every other play.

Gray we got some calls too. And the calls we got if we hit the front end there would not be a conversation. There really is no excuse. Mizzou is a tough club at home. You knew when it was getting close we were going to lose.. It's a family tradition.

Down the stretch, even the fouls called on Mizzou kept halting our drives to the basket and took away points. Even Tiger fans were calling out the refs last night. They were awful.
With Yeguete, though, we win last night by double digits. Hurry back, Will!

Yup...when we stretched the lead to 13 in the second half, I figured we'd be okay, then Mizzou went on a 10-0 run (helped by some sketchy calls and non-calls). Once the Tigers got the lead, I knew the Gators would fold.

...a much better effort!!
Young had 1 offensive rebound (3 total), Murphy had 3.
Pretty unacceptable for a Top 5 college basketball team.

All I ask is for the game to be called according to rules. That's it. It's not so much to ask for. Calls shouldn't have to "balance out", they should be competent and accurate and correct IMO.
I picked Mizzou to win this game anyway and I thought it would be very close, but the timing and outright BS of some of the calls (the massive charge into UF's Young and then called a block?), it was home town cookin' at it's finest.
Heck, even we don't get those kind of favors at home (remember 'Ole Miss?).
I'm over it no, but it's infuriating.

SEC officiating in all sports has been terrible since I was in grade school. I'm a couple years shy of 50 now, so that's a long time.....
I don't even worry about it anymore because there's nothing that can be done. You can't expect that a game is going to be called correctly or even fairly on most nights and you have to play well enough that the calls don't matter in the end.
