Has a great shot. When he's open, he is automatic.

Although they're different types of players, he and Prather are making up for the loss of Yeguete. The difficult thing is, all three are going to deserve minutes when WY returns. But that's a good problem to have. I guess the number will depend on the matchups.

He also got 3 Rebs.
He has done very well for a freshman and has made this a much stronger team than it would have been without him.
Quite good for a fellow rated only within the top 75 or so.

If I remember correctly, Frazier was ranked higher as a junior before he transferred to Montverde for his senior season. He wasn't asked to do as much there and his scoring dropped off considerably, so the "experts" thought the stats told the whole story.
He's only going to get better, too. His defense is already improving, imo.

Wouldn't want to have to play HORSE against him. He's shooting better than 50% after today's performance from three point land.

He had zero turnovers and an offensive rebound. That means he scored on every single possession he used. His offensive rating for the game was 300. You can't get any higher.

After this year, I expect his ridiculously high 3PT % to fall. However, I expect his scoring ability to be even greater than what it is now. He has shown the ability to slash, and as soon as he finds a way to finish through contact he's going to be even better than he is now.
It's baffling for me to think this kid may be coming off the bench next year.

This just tells me we can possibly have an INSANE good team next year.
Still, with the loss of Boynton/Rosario/Murphy that's alot of 3 point shooting and scoring to lose - plus these guys have been part of 2 elite 8's and looking great so far this year.
I like Fraser to start next year just because he looks to be a real knockdown shooter. The one thing we have to worry about next year, is I'm not sure any of the new guys will be 30% outside shooters, let alone 40% of 50%. However we should have lots of combinations where we can play 3 guards, or perhaps will be able to go big, or play for offense-defense matchups, etc. Our athleticism should be off the charts next year, but Fraser could be our go to shooter.

It would be fun if someone could go back into the archive and find the GatorCountry basketball expert that emphatically stated before the season that Frazier II couldn't shoot worth a damn. Mr. Expert had seen a Montverde Academy game, after all.

Have the Gators ever had a freshman shoot 6 out of 7 3 pt shots in a game? It looks like he is a stud and will get more responsibilities next year. I would say he gets on the freshmen team all SEC. Maybe even Freshman of the year with Noel out. If he develops a great ball handling/driving game to go with his shooting, he could start with Hill, Frazier 2g, Walker, Finney-Smith forwards, Harris C, if Pat goes. This would leave Wilbekin, Prather, D. Walker, Graham, Yugette and possible another big. To the SEC, it won't get any easier.
Before everyone shoots me a shout out for Wilbekin not starting, he will share time at the point and Billy will start the person who delivers a great all round game and plays consistent. A great problem to have. Braxton I forgot, but he could work his way into playing time with continued development. He is strong and has talent. What team has this many good pgs?
To Randle the PF we are courting, please look at this roster. We will be in the NCAA tournament and we are going to be going deep. All these freshmen now will be gaining experience, maturing physically and mentally before next year. We are loaded, come aboard Billy's Bullet Train to the Title!

I'm very hopeful that frazier will be that clutch shooter the gators haven't had the past two years. It might also come from rosario, he's not afraid. But something about frazier makes me think he'll be the guy a team might forget about on a late possession. Hope he brings the dagger.
