The analytical part of me absolutely agrees with you on both counts. Since I am married to a woman for whom analytics mean nothing, I just go with the other side of my brain and have learned to enjoy the difference.

My wife is awesome. She thinks valentines day is as contrived as I do: a worthless, empty, meaningless day meant to inject money into the economy in the dead of winter.
I'm so lucky to have her. Maybe I should pick up a card on the way home.

Actually, I had to make dinner too.
The wife and i had dry aged NY strip steaks, they are awesome. I can no longer eat regular steak.
And yeah she is worth it, a keeper.

My Husband had an appointment with his Urologist at 3:45, across form Tampa General. we waited until almost 6:00, then had all that traffic on 275, 75, barely made our reservation at Bonefish Grill in Wesley Chapel, but the food was great. Just an evening out to dinner with my Guy is special to me. I am so very lucky to have him.
