This reminds me of the threads relating to the infamous female gator fan who sat too near the television microphones. Everyone was ripping on her..... and she turned out to be a poster! LOL!
She was annoying as all hell, but a great fan.

The problem with the shrieker was they were stupid. I understand the orange and blue glasses but they didn't understand basketball and was annoying

Actually, it can be pretty effective during free throws. I was able to help a Georgia player miss a free throw once during a UF vs UGA game and everyone in the Georgia student section was ready to kill me.

So even if one is not adept at placement of a shriek, doing it enough times can affect the game. I remember hearing her on tv and just waiting for her to get in some opposing team's player's head. Lots of fun

The Kentucky shrieker just yelled randomly, mostly when Kentucky had the ball it seemed.

It looked like some guy tried to take her picture after the game, and she looked like she was going to flip her chit.

She is still around going to games in the rowdy reptile section this year. From what I remember she does not post here very frequently.

I always thought she was more of a moaner than a shrieker.

Speaking of which, I heard her on a recent telecast. Can't remember the game, but it was unmistakably her.
