Same here. But I thought the limit was 6 digits/letters on a Gator etc tag in Florida. Nevertheless I have a regular tag with my last name on it since it has 7 letters. And I think 7 letters is the limit you can have on a regular tag.

I heard from a lady who works at the DMV that Tallahassee is comtemplating 8 letters similary to North Carolina. I guess we have more people moving in from other states.

Ok, figured y'all would like these...couple of my toys...
Will probably sell the BMW at some point and transfer the plate to the Lambo. Then transfer the Lambo's plates to a new car. And yes, Gator fans go freakin nuts when I go by...

Generally they are just a special group tag, needs x number of signatures to get one done. I think the Texas Florida tags required 25k signatures.
