Sounds like that almond milk that my girlfriend drinks. She has lactose intolerance.

It's cashew milk. Cashews, vanilla bean, agave, cinnamon and water. Delicious. But 300 calories for 16 oz. I'm kind of addicted.

I'd try recreating it with almond milk. You can get unsweetened that is 30 cals per serving

Just to share a few things that have helped me with Bp.
1. Drink more water. I'm pretty bad at this, drinking coffee and beer as my two main fluids.
2. Watch your sodium. I always thought I was ok on sodium because I don't salt anything, but then I started reading some labels and found out there is tons of sodium in all kinds of stuff. Canned soups are horrible. That hot sauce I love... turrible. Even salad dressings.
3. Get more potassium in your diet (potassium is the anti-sodium). I started using a calorie counting service that also tracks other nutrients and found out I rarely get over 10% of my potassium requirements.

Leaf, I never thought to try that. I have some almond kill in the fridge - just need vanilla bean. Thank you for the idea!
Thanks for the BP tips.
I have been eating and drinking per usual and the BP is still normal 110-79 this AM. I'm not sure what it all means, but I'm pleased by the results.
I wonder if you can flush out sodium build up over time?

Table salt is great source of Iodine. Most tap water, and most bottled water, contain poisonous chlorine and fluorine. Fiji or Evian water is okay though.

Remember that your body needs sodium. That said, I typically read that excess sodium is flushed in no more than 2-3 days through increased hydration and urination. In fact, urination alone flushes 90-95% of ingested sodium.
The body is, I suspect, far more efficient at eliminating toxins that we suspect, not that sodium is a toxin.

Actually, sodium is not a source of iodine at all. Table salt is, as in addition to the sodium chloride that is "our salt" table salt has iodine added to it. I'm not sure if the sodium we get in all our processed foods is from iodinesed (sp?) salt or not.
And I'll take tap water over bottled water any day. I'd rather have chlorine in my system than plasticizers. Also, plastic bottles are a huge unnecessary component of our solid waste stream (landfills) and a huge waste of energy to create and transport and dispose of.
As for flushing sodium out, I'm sure it gets flushed out, but the amounts that we get in our processed diets keeps us at an elevated level and keeps our kidneys busy trying to get it out. As I said, till I started paying attention to sodium intake, and I had no idea how much was in stuff. With out paying attention my sodium level was a good 4x over the suggested level.
Anyway, just my 2 cents.

Yes table salt has Iodine in it.
That's a good question.
Plastic is a major health concern for me too, but chlorine and fluorine will straight-up kill your thyroid gland.

Based on this link it would appear the sodium in processed foods do not contain iodine.
http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Iodine-QuickFacts/
"Iodized salt, which is readily available in the United States and many other countries. Processed foods, however, such as canned soups, almost never contain iodized salt."

That part is easy. Every year I start weening myself off coffee the week before Yom Kippur. I spend about half that holiday manning the front doors of the synagogue. Can't tell you how many people walk out throughout the day with excruciating expressions on their faces and their fingers on their temples.
You can't go cold turkey on caffeine in just one day.
