You can't tell much from a single game, that is why the selection committee emphasizes performance in the last 10 games of the regular season and the conference tournaments.
Duke is very well coached and has some good talent.
It is not Duke Love, but Duke history and overall performance this year that makes most of us include them as a possibility.
That, plus the fact that the Selection Committee always seems to give Duke distinct seeding advantages and generally "easier" brackets.
