Given the way the Gators have been playing the past 3 weeks, Ky may end up being the best team in the SEC.
For me, it is far too early for this. I could make a reasonable "guess" roughly midway through the Conferences seasons.

Definitely a populist statement.

Mizzou
I think Butler will be a sleeper Elite Eight team...

I see a lot of Duke picks in here. Anyone want to change theirs?
I would have to take Mizzou out of mine, unless Bowers comes back and they completely turn their season around.
Gators
Michigan
Zona
Butler (since I had them as a sleeper team - they were not Top 10 at the time)

I still think Duke is one of the best teams in the country. You have to remember that they are playing without Kelly. I honestly think his injury might help them develop and he should come back with enough time to get the rust off and their chemistry back. Plus, Duke always gets the easiest path to the Final Four.

Let's have reasonable guesses since we are halfway through conference play...
I have 3 out of 4 the same...

Michigan
Arizona
Gonzaga (replaces Butler)

I'm VERY confident Florida & Indiana will both make it. I really see those 2 teams as significantly better then any other team
My other 2 picks are Pittsburgh & Michigan St

While I won't disagree, this whole thread of picking FF teams prior to seeding makes no sense. Indiana and florida could be the 1 and 2 seeds in the same bracket. Quite possible and means one of the two 'best' teams won't be in atlanta. In fact, looking at others, their entire FF could be seeded in one bracket.
Its tough enough to pick once they've been seeded. Doing it before, is a silly exercise.

I think you're close - although I'm not even sure if I've seen Pittsburgh play so I'll have to withhold an opinion on that one
When Mich State is good, and they appear to be good this season, Izzo is remarkably consistent at getting them all the way to the Final Four.
No Miami picks yet?

Colorado State is a very good team and they could surprise some people come tournament time.
I'm picking Florida vs Indiana is the championship game!

Given the parity this year, don't you think there will be a lot of upsets... and a greater chance of lower seeds advancing?

Someone in the Final Four will be a 3-seed or lower. Tough to call.

PS to BEH, I did put in one team from Kentucky.
The Gators, should, could, probably, but we are too streaky shooting when we are on the road. How far we go remains to be seen. First and second round games to me are maddening, due to a high seed and some lower seed wanting to make a name for themselves, someone like Middle Tenn, Belmont, VCU, UNCharlotte who beat Butler last night, the list goes on. We tend to get up for the Blue Bloods as BEH puts it. Hopefully, we being an experienced team, should be able to overcome that and move on. I would love a shot at any of my final four teams and replace them with the Goodguys.

OK - a reasonable guess, assuming no more major injuries (which is an absurd statement to make):
I think it impossible to preselect a Final Four this year, without using either a time machine or strong intuition, because there is simply such incredible parity. As of today, only Gonzaga has 2 losses (to Illinois & Butler), and only 4 teams have only 3 losses: Indiana, Florida, Miami & Memphis, and one can argue quite convincingly for both Gonzaga and the last 3 with 3 that this is only true due to the weakness of their conference schedules.
I think there exist a fairly large number of teams that have a decent possibility of making the Final Four if they get good tourney paths and some LUCK. By conference, not in order of strength, since I am starting with the SEC:
SEC - Florida - possibly, but unlikely Missou
ACC - Miami - possibly Duke
Big East - Syracuse, - possibly Louisville, or even Marquette
Big 10 - Indiana or Michigan State - possibly Michigan
Big 12 - Kansas - possibly Kansas St or Oklahoma St
Pac 12 - None - possibly Oregon or Arizona
I don't think either the Zags or Butler stand a chance once they get into the tournament, they thrive on weak competition (like Notre Dame and the Big 10ers and Pac 12ers and ACCers and Big Easters in football).
Attempting to determine which specific 4 will end up in the Final Four appears like a fool's bet to me (and realize I was a professional gambler, thus, I never make fool's bets).
