Sandy Hook DA cites 'potential suspects,' fears witness safety
Don't shoot me, as I'm just the messenger, but this Sedensky guy sounds like one of those "conspiracy theorists".

Where is the "mainstream media"?
I just searched for "Sandy Hook" on Google News, and got the story of an earthquake off the Solomon Islands, Obama wanting Congress to stave off cuts, the rescue of the boy in Alabama, etc. etc. etc.
Where is Sandy Hook?

As one would presume he is acting on evidence, he is the opposite of a conspiracy theorist.

There is no indication from the statement that authorities believe that Lanza did not act alone.
The statement also says, "potential suspects," but does not indicate whether law enforcement believes there are any or not.
Sounds like people a making up stuff to make a conspiracy, when it sounds like the police are simply shielding the witnesses for a little longer.

IOW if there was a conspiracy (more than one shooter), any theory that there was a conspiracy was wrong.

He basically admitted what many conspiracy theorists have been saying all along:
There might have been other shooters involved. Period and end of story.
No need to get your panties in a twist over it.

Sorry, no. "Potential suspects" could very well include "potential other shooters". We don't really know. The evidence isn't conclusive either way.
This isn't that complicated.

Last night the husband of Mary Sherlach, the school psychologist who was killed, was on Piers Morgan. Robin Meade was filling in for Morgan. (God, I wish that was permanent.) The subject, of course, was gun control, but Meade asked him to describe the heroic action of his wife. He said, "I don't have all the information yet." He said that she was one of four who left the meeting when the shooting started, and "Mary and Dawn (the principal) didn't make it back."
Two months after the shooting that's all he can tell us about the murder of his wife. Too bad the two adult wounded survivors, wherever they are, or the cops who have supposedly talked to them, can't tell him anything.
