funny! as an aside: i have a new conure [bird] that i 'adopted' for a re-homing fee...anyway they named it 'Connor' [didn't realize it was a girl bird]....i call her 'Ms Connor Bird' from time to time....better not let her drive, i suppose....

not a 'homing' bird, but they now use the term 're-homing' as another term for selling. but it's usually to someone that provides a good home for the bird, not to sell for profit or something like that.

yeah, my birds are pretty independent and have the 'run' [or fly] of the place.
