Yeah I just get some Pandora going and just go for an hour on the treadmill. Generally get in front of ESPN and the time flies.

I have to older version of iPod, so I just fill it with my own stuff.
I'll have to check that out on my next (4th gen) iPod.

In an attempt to answer my own question, "apparently not" is the answer from this source (though it's not a fantastic source):

But that article did make me wonder why body builders drink raw eggs whites to get their egg protein/aminos. If you get the same aminos then why not cook them first - it would taste ten times better that way.

Oh please..........daddy old school. Aminos the are real deal with far more health benefits to you overall health than just muscle-building, and the pharmaceutical grade ones require no digestion by your body - that means they go straight into you bloodstream once the pass thought the stomach and SI..

No bodybuilders do this now. Not sure why they ever did.

Everybody's going to be using deer antler spray now. And they're going to attribute their recovery to the spray and there will be no telling them otherwise.

Aside: new study suggests that merely doubling the normal intake of calcium may double the risk of cardiovascular disease in women.
Whatever happened to food ?

I once saw a guy crack an egg into his mouth then crumble and eat the shell. He was not entirely sane.
