Bogey I have limited access since I am traveling--did this conclude a perfect weekend for the Gators in all sports?

Any outside shot at the tournament had to start with winning this game, but even NCAA hopes aside, their response the last few games has been encouraging.

fsu ran away w/ the gator invitational, UF finished 4th or so.

Yeah, big win, especially considering the horrendous start. Showing some maturity and composure that had clearly been lacking the prior month.
Next at Texas A&M on Thursday, possibly the toughest game on our schedule. Hardly expecting us to win, but if the season thus far is any indication, I expect us to play much better than today.

orgator1 love your optimism. Ncaa what? Nit? Where do you see a win in the next 7 games. (I am including the first game of the sec t. That puts us at 14-16.

Like I said it's an outside shot at best. But here is what they have left with relative RPIs and projected W/L:
http://realtimerpi.com/rpi_355_Women.html
That site have them winning 2 more, but that doesn't count Bama, which is very winnable. That would get us to 7-9 in league, beat UGA like we did last year and we are 8-8 again and have a legit shot. SEC is only the 4th ranked conference this year so 7-9 probably won't get it done.
I am in no way saying it's likely or should be expected, only that whatever small chance we had was out the window with a loss today.

Georgia, Vandy, and Arkansas at home and Bama on the road....win those and we are likely in at 8-8.....@ AM is most likely a loss but the rest of the games are winnable including at USC.

We should be so much beter next year with all the transfers, redshirts and w Williams coming in. If we could add even another big somehow to next years roster we could be down right dangerous.

If Sydney Moss learns the art of shot selection she will be a force, especially inside the paint.

she's fearless, that's for sure. and i like that. just seems to rush a bit. and may force a few too many here and there - that's what you probably mean by shot selection. there were a few times i thought the shot was just too contested/too difficult, she should have kicked it out. but she has a flair for the dramatic. i don't mind the ball in her hands when the shot clock is winding down.
