Party already over for Ark?
Still early, but down 13 to Vandy
Of course, entirely predictable.. because even they they are tough at home, they truly stink on the road.

They'll probably win one road game this season at the most.
If they could play all of their games at home, they'd be a top ten team. Away from home, they're an SEC bottom feeder.

They got routed. I have never seen an more inept road team. Incredible. Shot 31 percent from the field today. Ugh.

1-15 on the road the past two seasons.
That is unbelievably awful.

I'm not knocking Arkie because they played good against us but they were also very lucky in that game. Sometimes lucky will get you through but in the grind of a season you can't count on it.

Did you see the number of difficult, contested shots they made? Have you seen their normal shooting percentages?

To be fair, the vandy-arky announcer was right. 11pts doesn't really show how big a blowout it was for most of the game.

They just returned to form today. Amazingly, Arky and Mizzou are tough at home but disappear on the road.

The only score that counts in a game is the final one. We should know that from the loss at Arizona. It may be indicative of play but we were able to close the margin and outscored them in the 2nd half by 6 points.

Not to argue, but the Arky coach ran clock after having a 23 pt. lead in 2nd half.

Which is the smart thing to do in that situation but I doubt he did it because he knew they were going to win until close to the end. Once again, I give credit to Arkie for a good game but they also had luck with ball bounces and they shot way over their head early on. Not to mention Young getting in foul trouble and Will only playing a couple of minutes. A win is a win no matter how you get it however the Gators closed the gap rather than just throwing in the towel. Something tells me their trip to the O-Dome will not be quite as pleasant for them.

Even Billy admitted that even though we didn't play that bad they were just better than us that night. Funny they get blasted at Vandy tonight though.

Yes you did stop our offense very well while there but yes I was holding a grudge. From the day you got here and every time I hear you speak and your excitement about coaching our Gators, working your tale off and being a straight shooter, you are now one of my all time favorite coaches. Thanks coach.
