If the NCAA doesn't nail da "U" this year, and stop their procrastination and bureaucracy that is pathetically obvious, they should shut their doors and stop pretending to be a defender and protector of NCAA College Athletics.
Otherwise, the NCAA might as well be headquartered IN the White House!
