But that's my point. He was accused...but no punishment came from it.

Doesn't mean he wasn't guilty of it. It's hard for a person to be accused of rape twice.

Not exactly. He was suspended for six games (later reduced to four) which I assume cost him a good bit of money in lost salary and one of his sponsors terminated his contract as a result of the incident. Not exactly hard time in the penitentiary but some punishment just the same.

Pittsburgh just did the PC thing to act like they care about stuff like this... They would and will take a guy on their team that has a similar record for this just like any other league will. NFL doesn't care if you're a felon or criminal.

In that case, if you don't mind the publicity, call the cops on her and laugh as they haul her to jail. If you don't want the pub, cancel the phone on the spot and go get a new one, then realize crazy girls are trouble and quit dating them. He's an nfl football player. He can swing a new phone.

not arguing with that, and no I do not think he made a wise choice. But I can understand a reaction to prevent my property from being stolen. I didn't say its ok to punch her out, just that its not as bad as some make it out to be when you grab an arm to protect yourself or your property.

I dont think it had anything to do with the property being stolen as much as what information was in the phone when it was being stolen. Its probably another case of mistresses in the phone.
