I know what PC is. People's distaste for the term "Meatchicken" may not be a classic example of it. But the tone in this thread is quite PC: telling other people that their sense of humor is immature, juvenile, inappropriate etc. Just my 2 cents.

Please don't tear down our Gators! Our student athletes sacrifice a lot while representing UF, which they do for the love of the Orange and Blue. They aren't professionals, they are young adolescents and shouldn't be subject to abusive comments.

Calling a comment immature or juvenile is nowhere close to the definition of political correctness.
Not sure anyone called it inappropriate which could be described as political correctness

People have no sense of humor anymore. Meatchicken sounds funny, it's like "putting a slice of baloney in each shoe so you feel funny" (Steve Martin). Why do we have to be so darn politically correct? I know Gators are called much worse on other boards. Just my 2 cents.
I wouldn't dwell on it too much. I'm sure the same ones calling it juvenile here do things you'd consider the same or at least not funny. I personally agree with you especially seeing how we have so many other acceptable terms for other programs.
