Any knowledge on the JUCO QB? I'm curious to know how hard the staff is going after him and if they feel like he's a necessity for this class.

I'm getting there AZ. I just haven't heard much about any of the 2014 class as of right now other than the prospects that are committed to us. I tend to wait until after signing day to look into the next class. I hope this class doesn't stay the same (for the better) as I hope that we can add a few more guys to this stellar class. I haven't been this excited about our classes since 2010. Could you imagine what could have been if Coxson, Dunkley, Christian and Dowling were still here??

We will pickup a few more players. I don't see us picking up 7 to fill up between now and 2/6 close of business. Whatever happens, additional recruits are the candles on top of the iced cake. Don't focus on what we don't have, focus on what we do have. It's an excellent class without any additions. There are only a handful of programs that wouldn't trade us for our class right now.

"It won't"? Who do you see us adding between now and signing day? Do you see anyone jumping ship?

The only player I could see jumping ship is Riles (I think he sticks). People dont give CWM credit for keeping the kids he has got committed. Playing defense is very important in recruiting and is a big part of "closing". I dont know who we will add on NSD. It is hard to do when the kids themselves don't even know. The odds just say that we will pic up some more players. I can see us getting anywhere from 3-6 more players. Remember we have to save a spot for Swanson.

Pease has visited him a few times in the last week so it seems as though he is a priority.

Who do we think we get between now and signing day? We have the FB Swanson if his grades are right, but if he had to miss fall and enrolled in Spring of '14 that wouldn't be the worse thing.

I am not sure. it really wouldn't matter because I doubt he would ever start for us.

I'd be shocked if Tunsil is now of interest. Daniel comitted to Ole Miss and Walker to FSU (still shocked over that one)!
If I were Muschamp, I'd be raiding any schools that have players of interest like DT's or DE's and mayber a CB and keep it quiet, real quiet, until NSD.
All's fair and it's been done to us too many times before!
We might wind up with 2-4 ships for 2014 since the pickings are slim unless we have some flips on the way.

I'm with you about Young not leaving. He's only been a DL coach for 4 years, 2 at somewhere like San Diego State? Plus he only coaches DT's. Not knocking him at all and think we're lucky to have him on the staff, but his resume doesnt strike me as one an nfl team is drooling over.

Zach Abolverdi @ZachAbolverdi
WR Ryan Timmons says he had a great visit with #Gators staff today & it makes his decision harder. He takes his official to #UF this weekend

If we get Timmons and Clark, that's 7 WR's. I guess we could use Timmons as a speed back too. He's listed at 5'10 on Rivals

7 WRs seems... a little excessive.
Perhaps Timmons is secretly going to redshirt, gain 150lbs and play some defensive tackle?

so far we haven't had any surprise visits this cycle if the staff was going to do it this is the best weekend. What I really like about the staff is they are getting the last visit or in home on some remaining targets unlike last year. Last visit from Timmons Clark Bostwick McEvoy and maybe some more TBA. Also we get the last in home with Ramsey.

UK makes a lot of sense for Timmons. He would be the headliner of the class and would fit well in that offense.

Zach Abolverdi @ZachAbolverdi
Will Muschamp got the last campus visits for Bostwick, Clark, Timmons & McEvoy & the last in-home visits for Bower, Powell & Ramsey. #Gators

Zach also said that none of UF's committed prospects are visiting other campuses this weekend.
