In fairness to river, there was an initial report that military votes overseas were held up and "would have swung the election to Romney" that a few conservative outlets picked up on and ran with---but the "report" was from the Duffel Blog (a fake military news website kind of like "the Onion"--absolutely hilarious btw), so his suspicion is understandable.
