It's definitely against the rules to use it and if so they broke the rules.
But it seems a little ridiculous to me that they have banned snake oil.

Wait, do you guys really believe that 'Bama is the only school in the SEC that has players who put crap like that into their bodies?

Sports agencies ban things that it turned out have no real performance enhancing value all the time. This is just another one, every time something like this pops up they ban it.
What is amazing to me is that they ban things that they dont even test for. What on earth is the point of banning a substance that you cant enforce the ban on.

If someone asked to me to take the over/under at 100 out of 120 programs having PED users on their rosters I would take the over.

Probably 80% or more use some kind of performance enhances... An energy drink is a performance enhanced, who cares let them all do it and it will be an equal playing field. Then it will be fun to watch them all destroy each other.

More PED apologist talking points. The athletes say it doesn't make them great yet they still line up to use it. The science is usually spot on.

It's a good thing that Alabama is the only football program on earth using the stuff. That must explain why no team can beat them. It has nothing to do with coaching, recruiting, talent, athleticism, and practice.
I would imagine that even some Gators are using the stuff. It just takes a bunch of people to collaborate and complain in order for someone to care.
