No bravado, just an outsiders view. Widen your focus. The Bowling Greens and ULLs of the world used to be automatic blowouts when the Gators roared. Those decent teams believe they can compete now - and maybe win. And the Louisvilles think they can win. If your offense (rebuilding the line, no big time receiver returning, replacing leading rusher) doesn't improve this year and your defense takes a step backwards (replacing two best LBs, both safeties plus lineman) this year?
"Sandy." Really? Didn't both teams play on the same field?
How do you think the teams the last two years stack up compared to the dominant teams Meyer had? That's the point I'm making. Doesn't really have much to do with the two games against the Dawgs the last two years. But as you're focusing on our rivalry, if you happen to lose this year and Coach Muschamp goes 0-3 against UGA will you think everything's fine and the program is at the level it was during the great streak from 90-06 - 'cause it's 3-3 since then and if the Gators lose this year it'll be 3-4 and the kids following the teams and being recruited won't really care what happened before they were born. They'll remember in high school Florida couldn't beat Georgia.

Normally this puppy is usually a pretty classy poster. Some straight up arrogance in this thread. Can't wait till UF puts him back in his proper place next season

Compared to uGAy, which has never, ever had automatic blowouts . . . unless they're blowouts with the opponent scoring all the points. Be honest, did you really think poodle U had a chance against Bama? Then when they got close and had a chance, Richt shot his wad and screwed the poodles at Bama's five yeard line. uGAy was so close to being relevant again, but they let it slip through their fingertips.

DawgfanFromBama is a classy poster. I've got no problem with him. Sometimes people see things differently, particularly when we're rooting for different teams. Heck, I argue more with other Gators on this board, than I do with him.
But I am definitely looking forward to us putting a butt whooping on them Dawgs this year.

Well, obviously politicians in the Georgia State Senate have a lot of time on their hands with little to do. And no doubt they make sure they get a good salary with nice benefits to go along with it.

Gator envy! I love it!
They'll never know what it feels like to be so good.
Guess their wins are so far between over us, they gotta be stupid about it.

Never mind that they we both bowl winners or that we were missing our entire OL. How did UGA do against Spurrior last year? We're talking South cariolina right? How did Florida do against A&M, Florida State, LSU, South carolina? That's right! If Matt barkley doesn't get injured against UCLA, the gators probably play Bama for the title. Talk all you want loser!

Still trying to decipher that first sentence. The rest of it doesn't have a thing to do with anything I posted. And who is "Spurrior?" And don't you have to win the SECE to play for the title - regardless of what happens in the PAC20?
Not your best work there 84...

The only sentence that you really need to commit to memory is 1984Gator's very last one.

The problem vs UGA was that we were too fired up- IMO. And there's no way to bring your A game each and every week- and after playing LSU/ Vandy/ USC for 3 consecutive weeks we were not sharp. Meanwhile UGA had an offweek and UK before our game. Talk about an unlevel playing field- that's not right. But next year we both get byes so no excuses.
My post was about bowl-game prep. IMO we were not mentally prepared to play Louisville- THAT'S what we need to work on.
I also like DFFA.

You didn't comment on my earlier post, so I conclude you weren't able to do so.
Nevertheless, the sun came up in the east, taxes are high, politicians are lying and you are here flaming on a Gator message board. Some things are constant in this world.

I generally don't respond to obviously baiting posts or posters that can't communicate without teenage banalities. Even on my board I frown on posters that use garbage like "UFag", "AllBarn", "UToothless" and the like. Don't be surprised that I won't usually respond to a presumably grown man that uses "UGAy" in what should be civil discourse about football.
Good day.

How completely we own them, even on the heels of a two game losing streak.

So much for "SEC, SEC, SEC".
