For anyone who's a coach on here, this is something good to use for after those games your kids play horribly lol!

Actually, that sounds like great endurance training even if you're not in trouble!

Young is smarter than Kadji and has stronger ties to players in the NBA than Kadji. It's not even close. He knows what he is doing. He, Murph and Yeguete are our only legitimate front liners now. Miami has 5 6'10" players including Kadji. He can afford to play with much more zeal. Young has to pace himself for the entire season.
His off season conditioning was legendary. He would eat Kadji for lunch.

In Patric's defense, during this sophomore and junior years, he has had to keep his eye on fouls. We have little front court depth and can't afford to have him sitting on the bench for extended periods of time.
Everyone saw how Murph's absence hurt us during the first half on Wednesday night.

This would be a slap on the wrist violation so they should own up to it, no need to cover this up it just looks bad if you try to cover it up and then have a major sports reporter like Patrick help in the cover up. If you would lie about a silly thing like this what other lies are in the closet for the Duke program. I'm guessing Bilas won't admit either...

Jewelry comes to mind. Quickly followed by Corey Maggette.

It's very great endurance training! I would recommend it to anyone who trains. By the fourth time around the stands, and just before you hit the field for sprints. YOUR DEAD! Lol
