Missouri Law Will Force Gun Owners to Register with Schools

Quote:
The proposed law would criminalize and impose a $100 fine on parents who fail to inform public and private school officials and $1,000 they are found guilty of “negligent storage of a firearm” and fail to notify a school that they own a firearm.
"It’s the next idea in a long list of proposed ideas for gun control: Making it mandatory for parents to notify their children’s schools about their gun supply," reports KCTV in Kansas City.

granted, Infowars is an absurd website and just because something's on it doesn't make it remotely true. But in this case, the story is correct. She has proposed the bill.

I was just replying to a poster asking about the source. There's really no need to discredit it. Absurd bills with no prayer of passage get proposed all the time.
