You don't have to wait, you just admitted it.
Are you ready to admit you were wrong about that now?

The upside on this team would have been so much higher with a good offense. We beat Georgia and have a chance against Bama in Atlanta. We should have a very good defense again next year. I hope we can sign the playmakers needed to fix the offense.

I guess you missed the word "maybe," as in it may or may not have happened, it's been so long. No I won't admit I'm wrong because I'm not, and neither are you in your opinion. There isn't enough to accurately compare them. I will admit that I think Muschamp made the wrong choice in QB and I will never change my opinion on that one.

Okay, so who needs the Midol? How can we have so many whiny fans when we just improved from 7-6 to 10-1 so far?
So the offense is lackluster; we have that to work on. I look around at other conferences and would opine that most teams in these other conferences could use just as much improvment on defense as we do on offense.
Any way you slice it, and no matter who's primarily responsible for it, we're 10-1, 7-1, and have beaten 3 highly ranked teams this year.

Don't worry, only 2 more games and you whiners can put this miserable season in the rear view mirror. Me, I enjoyed it. I love good defense.

Muschamp spoke on radio after the game. He told Pease what to do in the 2nd half knowing UF had the game won and said "let's just go out and win it Brent." Translates to call a conservative 2nd half. His explanation was that Jax State was rushing 4 guys and did not want to turn the ball over or risk injury to Brissett. Just get out with a W was all he wanted so they can begin preparing for FSU.
You can tell he is all about defense.

During the the Battle for LA game, the banner scoreboard showed that JSU beat us 14-10.

we may be the worst 10-1 team in the country, but how many teams are 10-1?
In a year where college football is scoring at a record pace of of nearly 30 points per game, our defense, in the best conference in the country is giving up just 12.

I believe some of that but that's not the only reason we struggled on O. I think Muschamp is saying that to try and take some away from the fact our O is not good.

Yeah, not by a longshot. When a receiver is wide open, you have to hit him. When the ball hits you in the hands, you have to catch it. And those problems are totally separate from our inability to pass block (most of the time). Play-calling certainly hasn't been brilliant, but lots of things open up when the players can actually execute the fundamentals.

Just watched the replay. What Jeremy Foley and Will are going to have to learn is that if you're going to schedule 3 creampuffs for home games you're only going to get fans to turn out for those games if you can display some fireworks on offense. Nobody wants to come watch a 23 - -nothing win over an over matched team. In the old days we would be up 30 at the half and get to see the young guys running around all second half while we hang half a hundred. We went totally vanilla against BG, JSU and ULL and not only did it almost cost us a loss against ULL but they were just awful games to watch, why spend the money? Hope they recognize the realities

My guess is that we cannot do this with the 2012 team, because we lack first team and second team playmakers. It really takes this much effort from lots of youngsters just to hang 20 points on a cupcake. The fans in the stands need to understand this, or do what they are doing now--asking for the impossible.
