Yeah really. That's bad sportsmanship? I suggest you sports never go to a college baseball game. Some feelings really can get hurt there.

Smh. Read the thread. How about fans yelling at Steve Kerr, "Where's your Dad?" After he had been assassinated in the Middle East.

Biff was being sarcastic, thinks I.
Biff is being humbled in Coach Donovan's presence.

It's a competitive sporting event where the fans get involved.
I suppose you would rather have our fans compliment their coach on his suit...

If you know the coach's son isn't on scholarship and most likely won't ever see the court, I'm not following why it is such a big concern. I'm willing to go out on a limb and say the top recruits don't see Billy's kid as competition for game minutes and probably don't give a darn that he is there. It seems pretty evident that he is here to learn to coach. If he is half as good as his Dad, I'd be honored to have him on our staff someday.

Sons on dads coaching staff have proven even more problematic.
In terms of a top recruit or any player on the team just perceives he treats his son differently can fragment a team. I've seen it numerous times both where the kid is a good player or bench warmer.

So gator fans yelled at Steve Kerr? You said about gator fans not people in general.
So now again, please give specific examples of gator fans offending you. What did they say? Also, I ask what should we do with the fan or fans who say it?

No, I didn't. Now you are just trying to put words in my mouth. I never mentioned and never was talking about Gator fans.

Ok so then your example of Kerr was from when 1988? Very current example I guess u proved your point. I mean it was only 25 yrs ago.

I did ask for a recent example and what would you would do as a result. You failed to answer either question. By your omission I will just assume you are incapable of doing so rendering your point moot.

Come on. You asked for an example. I gave you one. Granted, it was, perhaps, the most egregious example out there, but I thought it was one that everyone could agree on. Seems like you did not think they were out of line yelling at a player where his Dad was, knowing that he had been assassinated in the Middle East.

Pathetic attempt to try and steer the conversation away from my direct question. I take that as a consession of your point. Thanks for admiting you were wrong.

Yes, you have failed to steer the conversation away from the point. Most, but not all, of this heckling stuff is our opinion anyway. I have seen some that did not cross the line but I have also seen some that went way over the line.

Again. Give a recent example of something that crossed the line and what would u do about it.
It's a simple question and one you have avoided answering.

If true, the fan should have been kicked out.
