I read the article twice and couldn't find any mention of UNC or VTech. Maybe I'm having reading comprehension problems this morning?

Apparently I am, too. And why would VT and UNC bring an additional $21 million per team when all 14 current teams only bring $34 million?

16 would be the absolute limit. You won't see anything exceed that.

It would be a huge blow to the ACC if UNC were to leave, but I really don't see it.

For $34 or more per year? VT and UNC would leave for sure. That is serious cash.

If the BCS didn't have that limit of only 2 teams per conference in the major BCS Bowls recently we would have seen the SEC more dominant than they were.

Those numbers for UNC and VT can't be right. I could see maybe an additional $2.1 million per team but not $21 million.

Exactly. If VT were that big of a draw, they would go independent and start a network of their own.

Agreed. Wonder where the OP came up with those figures?
