So people really turning on one of our all time greats because of a tweet about a player that has yet to prove himself? Lol

Ok so Brisset is going to NCST ? If so hope he does well with his new team. Hope he stomps FSU the two yrs that he starts there.

You are full of crap right now

Elam switched commitments what, 3 or 4 times before coming to UF? Didn't he appear in the Palm Beach Post wearing FSU hat/jersey? Not a biggie, they are kids, and they do that. But, Meyer had to kiss his a$$ all the way up to Gainesville. Matt Elam isn't the point here. He's by all indications matured into a good man. Maybe Brissett is his best friend, but sorry to see him say anything negative about Driskell.
My point is when a coach has his own players it makes it easier for him to control a locker room. I think there is enough smoke out there this season to reasonably conclude there was some division on the team as to who should be the #1 qb.
As for Louisville.. kind of obvious isn't it? Did we show up to play? Looks like half the team didn't want to be there. BTW Elam didn't dog it. As I said this isn't about him.

Honestly I feel like the class of 2013 will bring a lot of good things to UF. They are all very close. Makes for great leadership in the long run

Matt didn't say anything directly about JD. Maybe he thinks NC ST is a better fit for Jacoby.
Anyway, Jacoby will do well. Sorry FSU...Not really!!!

Do you remember what Meyer did that year?
The team went 11-2 and Matt was one of the best players on that team. CWM was the one who brought in Jacoby you are reaching.

He did say enough about JD that it had negative implications. He's a good guy but he shouldn't be doing that

Backup qb is always favorite player on a team.

Second half of this year? Yeah. He looked pretty damned good through USC.

What game were you watching? He had 94 yards passing, we had 180 yards of total offense for the game and didn't make a first down until there were 5 minutes left in the half.

My views on Driskel are well known: high quality individual. I just wish he improves his QB play next season: nothing personal. With regards to Matt's tweet and if it is true, I'm in Driskel's corner. That tweet was disgusting, poisonous, bush-league, irresponsible, pathetic and uncalled for.

Also to clarify about Jacoby: I never said he was better than Driskel, but I believe he was never given a chance. Is he a better QB than Driskel? I didn't see anything that suggested he was (sample size too small).

TOS posted a free article about transfers with a story about JB having a negative impact on the team. Anybody else see that? I won't post a link but I was surprised at what was written.

Was it the one that other teammates rate the exiting junior early entrants, then the exiting seniors, then the exiting transfers? The first two were free for over 24 hours, this one was only free for a few minutes and it is already pay. Must be pretty juicy

Wow, that was quick. Just read it a few minutes ago and now it's a pay article.

So why did they say he had a negative impact on the team?
