Wouldn't be ironic if JC decides in the favor of the ACC Tiggers?
I hope he has better sense than that.

This is one of those times the football staff needs to use another Gator coaching staff. CWM needs to call Mike Holloway to help get James.

It's got to be the Gators or the Wildcats. The kid has made a serious mistake if he strays from those two choices. Clemson and Nebraska are both way below him.

When is the last time a kid chose a football scholarship to Northwestern over Clemson?

I believe his point was referring to academics.

I'd say the kid has a 4.0..... I think he has the abilities to make an educated guess. He'll go where he feels comfortable. Wherever he goes it won't be a "mistake". Wish this kid the best in his decision

lol at Urban spying on CWM. You realize this kid has gotten a ton of attention since his highlight tape was put out?

Yes I was being facetious, just every story that comes out about Champ going after a recruit, about 20 minutes later you hear about Meyer calling that exact kid.. I had a gut feeling this kid was going to explode into the scene...

Only the Coach Up Nawth can coach up Percy-type talent.

Probably never, but Clark started off looking primarily at the schools that fit him best academically because the big programs hadn't seen his senior year stats or highlights. Clemson is a big drop off academically from his original list, which included Duke and Stanford. Now he wants to play big time football but I think academics will still be a consideration. To be fair, UF is closer to Clemson than NW academically, but there's no reason to drop off that far to play at a big time football program.

I will believe they will be considered when I see it. Right now I am afraid he might decided to take officials to tOSU and Clemson instead of Florida. He can just take another unofficial to Florida.

Robinson, Fulwood, and Hawkins are the tall(-ish) stud type receivers.
Bailey is obviously a slot guy.
What is Chris Thompson's role going to be and how does he compare to Clark? They're the two I know least about.

Thompson's role will be to go deep.
Clark's role would be what Patton/Hines did this year, jet sweeps screens and going deep.

Okay, so if we don't land Clark, my default response is going to be that we already have a Clark (Patton).

Yes, but not for very long. Clark is taller. I suspect he runs better routes and has better hands. Most of all, Clark is fast. He's one of those rare guys whose 40 time and adjusted GPA are almost identical.
