I wish I could go back and find my post on a random Nevada game. (Ages ago) I knew this kid was going to be a stud. Vince young, minus the bad parts. Lol What a beast. Gotta feel for Smith though.

But you can't have your QB running in the NFL. We've been told that countless times by "the experts."

Yeah, I know. These 2 guys are "Football Players!" They really anger the "NFL Experts" whose mindset says that your must be a pretty little QB who stays in a pretty little pocket and help win a boring game, putting fans asleep.
Oh, and Kaepernick just ran for a TD. I think it was about 50 yards or so.......but who's counting.

Always enjoyed watching their games for the same reason back in the day--he was an incredible QB.
I'll admit, I've been surprised his game has been able to so seamlessly transition to the NFL, but San Francisco is loaded on offense with Crabtree, Moss, Davis, and Gore all viable options to get the ball on any given down--and Kaepernick a run/pass threat to boot.
But yes, I do feel bad for Smith having to sit after finally coming good after many years of struggles.
And as an aside--San Fran is running almost the exact same offense we did from 07-09. Everything from the dive play to the zone read to having WRs providing a deep threat. About the only thing missing is the Percy Harvin-type player...but it's probably no different a mismatch than what Davis gives them. Not to be "that guy" who always references Tebow, but at the same time, kinda hard to argue that the spread option won't work in the NFL when Kaepernick is taking the NFL by storm with it.

The Packers may have the worst defense in the league.

What a beat down.
I was expecting a much closer second half.
