Except one of them is Rolin and he won't be health enough to play until the 2014 season.

Since we're at 26 and have room for 4 more(?) how about a DE, DT, CB, RB(Collins)? If we miss on Collins then a FB/TE/QB to replace. I would be pumped. As for another DE and DT, I'll be impressed if the staff gets one legit at each position. I would rather not offer a DL spot to a project as they more likely end up transferring. I suppose to the staff a backup QB like Woulard is more important than a third RB but darnit I want to see Collins play for us.

I don't know, man. A shot to land DE Elijah Daniel or flip DE Jason Hatcher AND also having a shot at DT's Montravius Adams and Jaynard Bostwick is pretty epic... I wouldn't imagine any of those names would end up transferring... unless it was some off-the-field-issue.

Agreed, take any two of those four DL. Add a top CB and one of Alex Collins, QB, TE, FB and it's a stellar, balanced class. Am still not clear on how many we can take but if it's 30 and staff can get a pair of those DL and it makes the final two spots a tough decision assuming there's quality available at CB/RB/TE/QB.
Would like to see a thread discussion that assumes two of the DL and a top CB and then how to solve the problem of who or which position gets the final spot. I'm not sure we're really in with a top TE or FB prospect so seems like it would be down to a QB or RB, and I'm just hoping we still have a shot with Collins- don't know really.
But back to Anzalone- a huge get for us.

Why does ESPN classify him as an athlete?

Could Hearns be a standup DE? He's already 240ish supposedly. Just wondering if he'll outgrow LB and have another option.

Doesn't seem unreasonable from my perspective. A&M must wonder why they are #8 on Rivals with 34 commits of similar "star" quality to us. Look at Michigan's class, overwhelmingly players ranked top 25 at their position, whereas we have a number of commits ranked below 50th at theirs. It doesn't really matter to me because I believe our players coached by our staff would beat the rest.

more like another Trey Burton but I think he will start out on D. He wants to play LB we are thin at the position and he can really cover. The main problem is he needs to work on his tackling.

That's true, I misspoke. I expect him to play with a chip on his shoulder after the culinary institutes overlooked him as well.

Remember our exchange about the possibility of us flipping Anzalone..... What was it that you said? "every Gator commit could show up to Alex's house tomorrow he would still go to ND" - GATORAZ Not bragging or rubbing it in, just saying: It's never too late to flip a recruit that hasn't signed yet.
I'm glad he had a change of heart.

I wouldnt right him off yet. In Zachs blog today he quoted Rolin as saying he plans to play in the fall, now I take that with a grain of salt but still promising
