Students can "Camp Out" for Missouri Game
Camping Out in this case means sleeping overnight on the practice courts in the O'Dome, but that doesn't sound too bad. Plus, you get free pizza and a chance to watch the gymnastics team.

Very cool. If this doesn't bring in a huge number of students, nothing will...

I am a firm believer that the more students we can involved with going to games the better the program will be in the long run. These students will grow up and hopefully going to the games now will turn into attendance after they graduate.

That is a technique that Greenberg used at USF with some success when he was coaching.
That actually is quite a lot of fun when one gets to hang around with a batch of other people who have similar orientations.
I hope it works well for the Gators.

Great to hear. Camping out for the big games always got the place rowdy.

I always felt bad for those kids who camped out only for them to realize I was already in the front row without doing that. Then again life is about who you know and not always following the masses.

I agree. I also think student-fans have a much bigger impact on the atmosphere than non-student attendees. I say that having never attended a game as a student. Cameron Indoor doesn't have the rep it does because of the 30 and 40 year olds in the stands.

I'm no longer a student (I don't even play one on TV), but I am bringing my son down from Atlanta for the Missouri game. Very excited.

Good to hear! The Dome will be rocking because the Rowdies will be EXTRA rowdy. It has been too long.

We need a larger student section, that's going to make for rowdier crowds and more students there = better.
I want to go extremely badly and get first row but I also want to go out drinking with my friends on a friday night and sleep in a bed.
Based on the description in that link it looks like I might be able to get a band, number, and just disappear at some point if they give the number when you originally get the band. If that's the case, that would be awesome.
I don't think I should be penalized for not wanting to sleep there though.
Comes off as a sort of gimmick to make people watch gymnastics and avoid partying if you ask me.

The problem is they will not even talk to each other as they will all be on the cell phone or Ipad or both at one time.

Great for Students, I wish they would let all students, athletes at various hs to get in free if any game doesn't sell out. If 5 min after the start of game it isn't full, let the line in.
Sidenote: Missouri is going to bring a physical team, like tough NCAA tournament teams of the past. I hope we play like our pants are on fire! Hitting 3's, rebounding and helping teammates get to the hoop. This game for me, will show me if we are going to be able to go deep in the tournament. Go Gators, the nation will be watching.
